Jobforce has been developing dynamically on Polish and foreign market. During this time we cooperated with tremendous number of employees. Due to this, we have a substantial group of candidates with various qualifications and predispositions. We focus mainly on employees, who have a documented experience of a few years in profession and speak English or Norwegian. Experience acquired in Scandinavia as well as vocational school diploma is for us and our clients a very big asset.
Every employee, who fulfills the basic requirements, undergoes the interview, in the course of which we are checking detailed information regarding his qualifications and part of our conversation we carry out in English (if it is required by the client).
The recruiting is a difficult and complex process, which requires of the recruiting company a proper qualifications as well as knowledge of appropriate techniques. An experience of our team allows to accurately assess and define the needs of the particular company and to match the best candidate with a workplace. To achieve that, however, a strict cooperation and precise evaluation of our partners’ requirements is needed. Each of them has at his disposal a great number of workers. Since May, 2016, we also cooperate with a dozen or so leading recruitment agencies from Norway.
